Harper's is like a more upscale TGIF's or Applebees. The food here is really good, and they offer a large selection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and entrees (think spinach and artichoke dip, chicken sandwiches,and steaks). While you will have a great meal, the wait can be very long for lunch or dinner on any given day of the week, especially the weekends.
