My wife and i bought a SP home and we're very happy with it. we moved here from FLA a few months ago and have nothing to complain about. Charlotte is a great city and I'm happy we made the move. we're getting ready to start a family and there's plenty of room in our home for that. As far as home builders go, SP is top notch in my opinion. My wife Liza agrees. I dont give five stars for anything but the elite few so I reserve that for other things.
