Wal-Mart coming by the Concord Mills Mall

What do you guys think of the new Wal-Mart that is coming to the CC Mills Mall area? I personally think it is going to have a negative impact on the area

I'm never happy when I hear that Walmart is coming to an area. As if the CC Mills Mall area was not congested enough. I mostly try to stay away from that area now as it's just too crowded.
