The Countertop Company

We also are trying to resolve problems with the countertop company. We have sent numerous e-mails and made numerous calls, only to get no response. We were promised installation before Thanksgiving but did not have countertops installed until the 28th. We starting asking for service on December 6th, finally a service rep show on December 28th and said it was a defective product. That is the only response we have gotten. If you are shopping for a countertop DO NOT use The Countertop Company in Ellicott City Md. The ironic thing is their e-mail tag is serviceusa.com because there will be absolutely no service if you decide to deal with this company.
