Legal negligence:"The stealing of Croatan Station"

Dear Mrs.Perdue,
I contacted your office a month ago and got an automated response stating that I would hear from you in two weeks.I haven't,so I'm contacting your office again now.
Craven County seized control of my brother's estate after his death and attempted to sell it privately to a third party by appointing it to public administration.I caught them in the act and the public administrator resigned immediately.That should be proof enough for you to investigate what I feel is the Craven County courthouse's intentional legal negligence of my brother's estate.
Here are the facts:
1 ) My brother,Jeffrey Arden Pugh,passed on Febuary 14th,2010.His siblings stand to inherit his estate.
2 ) The courthouse appointed a public administrator on 4-30-2010 (75 days after Jeff passed).They told me they did so because there are so many of us.
3 ) On 5-24-2010 I recieved a letter from the administrator which gave me 2 weeks to respond to her petition to sell.
4 ) The public administrator called forth creditors to the estate in the Sun Journal on 5-28-2010.
5 ) On 6-5-2010 I recieve a 2nd letter from the public administrator telling me that in 15 days she'll begin negotiations with her private buyer and sell my brother's real property.
6 ) On 6-7-2010,the public administrator recieves my letter informing her that she can go on ahead and sell the property so that I can sue her for everything she has for her legal negligence to me in this matter.I felt she was untruthful to me about who the buyer actually is and what the true value of the property is.It has a historical civil war site on it,Croatan Station.
7 ) On 6-8-2010,the public administrator resigned,the day after recieving my letter.She immediately sent me an e-mail informing me of such and I recieved the same in the mail a few days later.I feel her reason for resignation is for self-protection against unethical conduct.Regardless,I don't see where it is allowed for a publicly appointed administrator to resign
Now the clerks are telling me nothing is happening with the estate and it is back to square 1.ODD !!!
I insist the governor's office reprimand their county,Craven,and to reinstate the public administrator and to have her follow NC protocol and to sell the estate at public auction at the appropriate time to realise it's true value,affording the inheritors legal and maximum benefits preordained by NC intestate law.I suggest you hold Craven County's hands during this endeavor and try to keep their fingers out of the cookie jar.
This letter will continue to be sent to your office.The law is the law.Truth remains truth.Right thought leads to right action.I do believe that this is what you'd have your citizens believe you stand for.It is through one's actions or lack thereof that we show others what we truly stand for.
My files are complete in this matter.They include letter's recieved and conversations recorded,expedited on request.
I await your response concerning this matter.

2009 ANNUAL KICKBALL FOR All YAWL CLASSIC

This is the biggest one-day kickball event in the Charlotte
area. We'll be hosting a 32 team 1st Round that is in a
Round Robin format so each team is Guaranteed 3 games!!
That's awesome. 2nd Round takes the winner of each
division 1-8 and plays in a single loss elimination format for
the Championship!

The summer classic returns... And it's going to be a lot of fun
horsin' around! The AUGUST 1st 2009 "Kickball for all
YAWL" is your ticket back to the glory days on the
playground...grown-up style. Saturday, August 1st will be a
full day on the diamond, with your peeps in honor of the
game we all know and love from elementary school - Kickball!
Coed teams of 10 on the field. This means starting lineups
of 6 men and 4 women at all times, with a roster max of 14 on
the team. We will converge at Olde Providence Park softball
fields to soak in the sun. This tournament is for everyone:
whether you are a team of crafty kickball league veterans, or
you haven't played since you were 8!

Price: $280.00 per team. (Only $20.00 per teammate.)

How to Register: $140.00 needs to be paid to hold your
team spot in the bracket. Other $140.00 can be paid

Flavor Flav in a horror genre?

well i just caught Flavor Flav's new movie called Nite Tales...he was the one on the cover that dead set right in the middle, with his clock hanging down from his neck...so i decided to take a look of the dvd... it was around $23.00 cus it barely came out and then i on the cover there was tony todd! tony todd aka candyman, was right there...and i looked in the back and it was nothing but horror scenes...so i was like "wow flav's doing horror" haha but anyways i was just wondering to see what you guys think. do you guys recommend buying this movie? i wouldnt mind buying an independent film with tony todd and flavor flav in it.

has anyone seen any of her past movies before twilight? i only know she was in lords of dogtown for a split second and in thirteen, which i hear is somewhat based of her adolescent years. but anyways, shes a really good actress, and im very proud of her in succeeding in the acting biz....i cant wait for her new movie chain letter to come out...hasnt dropped yet, but it should be coming out pretty soon...

I recently used Jetblue to fly from Charlotte to New York and they were great. Their planes are brand new, have TVs in every seat, and more legroom. They have fares from $69 to NYC. Can't beat that! I thought I would share my enthusiasm.

Hey gang, I'm on a search for a different career. Bookkeeping was never my plan!! How did I end up here?! Is there an expectation of privacy on the Internet?

Today, a federal judge ruled that Viacom (who owns the rights to innumerable television programs) is entitled to the IP addresses and user names of those who watched copywrited material on YouTube. Viacom (whose dwindling revenues follow on the heels of a downtrend in network television viewing) aims to obtain significant actual and potential punitive damages from YouTube for violation of copywrite. The question remains whether the data which is being requested will ultimately lead to lawsuits against YouTube users. Why would we think that to be the case? Well, damage information as to the degree of damages which could be awarded to Viacom can be obtained based on the sheer numbers, rather than on personalized individual information. Anonymity can be protected. Yet, Viacom aims to obtain their "just reward" in unpaid revenues from YouTube at the expense of setting a dangerous precedent.

What is a precedent? From a legal standpoint, a precedent is a case which serves as a go-by in subsequent cases. Often, a precedent will be small and then end up carving out an entire new avenue of laws that expand the scope of the initial case in application as well as ramification.

What does this technology lawsuit mean to you? You know you thought it too. You use a site to upload videos and the potential risk to you is nil, as you have a made up user name. Now, with this ruling, it is possible that a company could obtain payment from you (Mr. and Mrs. Smith) by simply petitioning the court for your identifying information. Using your IP address, your internet provider can be identified, and the viola your anonymity is nonexistent. Is this the harbringer of a curtailing of Internet sharing? Your guess is as good as mine, but we should all be concerned. Ironic isn't it, that such a ruling should come the day before the 4th of July when we celebrate our independence including our right to privacy which is slowly being erroded.
