Blue Ridge Parkway

My wife and I drove along the Blue Ridge Parkway for the first time this weekend and it was beautiful! I wish we remembered to bring our camera. I would highly recommend it for anyone. We are going to order a book about hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway from Amazon:

Hi Andy! Doug and I just rode from Here through the mountains to Chattanooga, Tn to Buford GA, then back to the mountains through Highlands and back to Charlotte the past four days and it is absolutely beautiful! The area around Highlands NC is beautiful as is all the scenery in between. This was my first time in that area and it was amazing! Cant wait to see more :-)

Oh, by the way, I did get the book that I mentioned, "Hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway: The Ultimate Travel Guide to America's Most Popular Scenic Roadway" and it looks really great. I can't wait to try out some of the hikes.
